Dimitra Kofitsas is the owner of Tails of Rye Canine Rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Masters degree in the Science of Physical Therapy. She received her canine physical rehabilitation training at the University of Tennessee through their Vet/PT Program for Canine Rehabilitation. She has been practicing physical therapy since 1998 specializing in orthopedics. Dimitra played professional basketball for the Greek European Cup Team and played for the Springfield Spirit Pro-Basketball Team. She is the proud owner of Tucker, Calvin, Beringer, Nikita, and Tobie, who now help her train for triathlons.
